By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.

1. Purpose of This Website:

This website provides information about Stone River Advisory, our services, resources, and methods of contacting or engaging with us.

Information presented on the public portions of this website is provided for general informational purposes and should not, by itself, be considered individualized professional advice.

Your use of this website does not automatically establish a client or advisor-client relationship with Stone River Advisory or Barbara Alexander.

A formal client relationship is established only when Stone River Advisory has agreed to provide services and any required onboarding, service agreement, consent, authorization, or other engagement requirements have been completed.

2. Scope of Services:

Stone River Advisory provides private, individualized advisory, navigation, coordination, and related services within the scope established for each client engagement.

The specific nature, limitations, responsibilities, fees, and expectations associated with services may be established through separate client agreements, disclosures, policies, or informed-consent documents.

Where the terms of an executed client agreement differ from these general Website Terms, the client agreement will govern the applicable client services to the extent permitted by law.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes:

Stone River Advisory is committed to providing thoughtful, professional, and individualized services; however, circumstances and outcomes may depend upon factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome, decision, placement, admission, approval, response from a third party, personal result, or other specific result from the use of our website, resources, recommendations, or services.

Information regarding independent professionals, organizations, facilities, programs, or other resources should not be interpreted as a guarantee of their suitability, availability, performance, or results.

4. Professional Information and Third-Party Services:

Information available through this website is not intended to replace individualized evaluation or services from an appropriately qualified professional when such services are necessary.

Stone River Advisory may assist clients in identifying, understanding, navigating, or coordinating with independent providers and professionals.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party providers, facilities, programs, professionals, and organizations referenced by Stone River Advisory are independent entities and are not employees or agents of Stone River Advisory.

Stone River Advisory does not control the actions, policies, availability, eligibility requirements, decisions, or outcomes of independent third parties.

5. Privacy and HIPAA:

Stone River Advisory recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and Protected Health Information ("PHI").

Where applicable, PHI is handled in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") and other applicable privacy and confidentiality requirements.
