2. Personalized Advisory Relationship:
Stone River Advisory recognizes that complex situations rarely have one universal solution.
Our role is to help clients understand the landscape surrounding their circumstances, identify appropriate options, ask informed questions, coordinate resources where authorized, and develop a thoughtful path forward.
Recommendations and guidance are based upon the information reasonably available to Stone River Advisory at the time services are provided.
Clients are encouraged to provide complete and accurate information when that information is relevant to the services requested.
3. Client Decision-Making:
Stone River Advisory provides guidance, education, perspective, navigation, and support. Except where another legal arrangement expressly provides otherwise, final decisions remain with the client or the individual's legally authorized representative.
Clients retain the right to accept, reject, or seek additional opinions concerning recommendations, resources, providers, programs, or options discussed by Stone River Advisory.
Our role is to help clients make informed decisions—not to remove their ability or responsibility to make those decisions.
